ORDER PROCESSING
All orders will be processed within 1 to 7 days. During the processing, we verify addresses and payments. Customers should update their addresses within 24 hours after the purchase as when we move orders to shipping depot, we can’t amend addresses and cancellation can’t be granted.
SHIPPING
Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email contains your tracking number and the link to track your order, delivery usually takes 10 to 20 days, it depends on where you are located also on your postal services. Tracking numbers start showing updates 5 to 9 days after shipping as they get scanned by the destination country during this time.
The fastest delivery from our store was 4 business days. The slowest – 30. The average is 2-3 weeks.

Note: We can not guarantee that your order will arrive exactly in this time frame. It depends on your local post also, because most of our orders arrives in the country of destination in 7 days, but local post of some countries can work very slowly. Also it may be some delays in holiday periods.
In case you need fast shipping, contact us before placing the order and we can send your order via DHL, but shipping cost may apply and the price might be high enough.
If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately as our products are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.
